Order export

An order export flow sends orders from the platform to one or more connectors.

Connectors define the external systems that will receive the order data. You can configure one or more connectors as export destinations. Each connector will receive the order data from the source.

Example: Multi-channel Order Export

If you want to send orders to both an ERP system and a warehouse management system, you can configure the flow with multiple export connectors — one for each destination.

Error handling

If multiple connectors are configured, a failure in one connector will not block the export to others. For example: if both the Exact Online and Picqer connectors are configured and the Exact Online export fails, the flow will still proceed to export to Picqer.
